Bahia at Four Seasons Hotel Miami Unveils new Design and Menu!

Sazoneros! It's been a fun summer so far in Miami but it's about to get better! Bahia, a poolside restaurant and sunset lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Miami, will unveil a new design and menu this upcoming weekend. The official launch event is happening on Saturday, August 20th, from 4 to 6 p.m. Bahía will introduce a new menu offering flavors inspired by the coastal regions of Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean. This is one of my favorite Miami hot spots! You'll be able to find it on the 7th floor of the AAA Five Diamond Hotel and you'll be happy to know that the two-acre tropical oasis was recently named one of the “Best Hotel Pools in Miami” by Conde Nast Traveler.

Throughout the evening, guest will enjoy Bahia's complementary beverage program which features an exciting selection of tequilas and single village mezcals, including a bespoke reposado tequila exclusively barreled for Bahía. A selection of wine, bubbles and craft beer will also be available.

For those who can't make it to this event, you can always stop by for lunch which is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily (bar closes at 6 p.m.). The restaurant is accessible to outside guests. Pool passes are available to the public for $50 per person and include access to the resort style pool and the separate wading area with hammocks suspended from the towering Royal Palms. Private VIP Cabana packages are also available and start from $150. With Miami’s tropical climate, Bahía’s updated design and fresh new menu offerings will surely become your secret escape for a casual midweek lunch break, poolside cocktail or weekend soiree!

For more information on Bahía, pool passes, cabana packages or to book a private event in the renovated restaurant, contact
