The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove and Executive Chef Ramesh Kaduru host new Indian Dinner Series

Sazoneros!! If you've been following my blog for the past few years, you know I love to check out the Indian dinners hosted by The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Hotel. Well, it's that time of the year again. The Ritz-Carlton officially started their new Indian dinner series so started planning a date with your friends, coworkers or loved ones (since Valentines Day is around the corner). This past Saturday, I attended a special preview dinner to taste the delicious menu created by Executive Chef and Chennai, India native, Ramesh Kaduru (pictured on the left). The results of my experience? OMG...brace yourselves for a delightful meal that will surely satisfy your Indian food craving! The new dinner series is open to locals every last Saturday of the month up until April 2015. The cost for dinner is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you'd like to make your reservations, you can call (305) 644-4680. Here's a peep at one of the dishes I tried during our 5 course dinner experience (see picture below). It features a Hariyali Marinated Trout, Shrimp Dumpling, Turmeric Potato Cake and Green Curry Foam. Oh yes, there was smoke coming out of my plate! The food isn't spicy which is what I immediately assume whenever my friends invite me to an Indian restaurant in Miami. Every plate offers a good balance of flavors so make sure to leave me your comments below if you end up visiting The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove
